Single Step
DGC for IUI

Single Density Gradient is easier yet effective just like Double Density Gradient. Instead of two discontinuous gradient media of 1 ml each in a single density, a continuous gradient of 2 ml is used.

In both cases, separation happens in the same manner. Single doesn't have layering issues. The whole procedure is similar. Single-step is more suitable for IUI as it is easy for the technician to run the sample without errors.

As mentioned in the sperm preparation note, the efficiency of the preparation depends on the procedure and the media we framed all our protocols based on our FIN ANDRO LAB media.
