Double Density Gradient Method of sperm preparation is one of the most popular ways of sperm preparation for IVF&ICSI. The density Gradient Method reduces the contamination of non-sperm cells like bacteria and viruses in the final swim-up.

The reduction in contamination load helps oocyte fertilisation and subsequent embryo culture in an uninterrupted manner in the incubator.
